Owned by an American and his Filipina wife who maintain the very high Chinky's standards for great food and great service. Chinky's is open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days. The restrooms are of American quality and are super clean, just like the kitchen and dining room of this well-managed restaurant. |
